This CD-ROM relates to AURC270688A – Working Effectively with Others (Aftermarket) unit of competency. It contains text, audio and limited video
presentations.
The CD contains a series of small interactive tasks and three printable activities. These include two workplace activities relating to working with others and teamwork, plus a final activity requiring the trainee to identify their learning needs.
