Resource Education & Training Pty Ltd has been engaged by MSA to continue the AUR05 Project work and a detailed project plan is currently being prepared.

The development phase of the continuous improvement plan included:

undertaking an initial scan of AUR05

research and analysis of existing documentation and other records held by MSA regarding requests for improvements and changes as well as uptake and use of AUR05

identification of issues to be addressed, including Training Package Development Handbook compliance matters

preparation of an industry and other stakeholder consultation brief and questionnaire

preparation of consultation schedule

stakeholder consultations

analysis of feedback and all other information

preparation of a final report with recommendations for future continuous improvement actions

The MSA AUR05 Board Sub-committee held its initial meeting in Sydney on the 26th August 2009.
