Do you have any ideas, tips, helpful resources or innovations that you have developed for training delivery, assessment or skills recognition?

During our MSA Training Package and Workplace Assessment workshops in 2008 we heard of many inspiring examples of innovative approaches to ‘closing the skills gap’.

We'd like to hear more of these stories. We will then ‘showcase’ the best of them in this section of the website - some stories have already been added.

It’s as simple as sending through a brief article or account of your innovation, together with any photos, website links etc.

You should briefly describe:

the innovation or solution

who has been involved

how it has provided an effective learning/assessment solution
